RESOLUTION NO. ii- 06
STREET AND ALLEY VACATION
WHEREAS, a petition to vacate has been filed with the City Clerk of the City
of Brookings, and
WHEREAS,the petition was filed in proper form and signed by one hundred
percent(100 0) of the adjacent property owners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that the following streets and
alley are hereby vacated by the City Council of the City of Brookings:
• That portion of Henry Avenue from West 8�Street to West 9�Street
� That portion of West g�Street from Henry Avenue to �St A�enue
• The alley running east and west in Block 5, Parkdale Home Addition and
located between Henry Avenue and lst Avenue
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that a utility easement shall be
retained over the vacated rights-of-way as depicted on the accompanying
Exhibit"A".
Passed and approved this 24th day of January 2006.
