Brookings City Council
March 5, 2002
The Brookings City Council convened in an emergency session on Tuesday, March 5,
2002 at 12:15 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers with the following members
present: Mayor Virgil Herriott, Council Members Mike McClemans,Tom Bozied, Keri
Weems, Scott Munsterman(via telephone}, Doris Roden and Sam Artz. City Manager
Michael Williams and City Attorney Steve Britzman were also present. Mayor Herriott
called the meeting to order 12:30 p.m.
The Council discussed a request to join Huron and other cities in support of the DM&E
Project by submitting a "Motion to Intervene." No action was taken.
Motion was made by Bozied, seconded by Munsterman, to adjourn. Meering adjourned at
12:50 p.m.
