February 4, 2002
The Brookings Ciry Council convened in a planning session on Monday, February 4, 2002
at 5:30 p.m. in the meeting room at Ciry Hall with the following members present: Mayor
Virgil Herriott, Council Members Mike McClemans, Tom Bozied, Keri Weems, Scott
Munsterman and Sam Artz. Council Member poris Roden was absent. City Manager
Michael Williams and City Attomey Steve Britzman were also present. Mayor Herriott
called the meeting to order 5:35 p.m. There was consensus to complete the agenda
before adjournment.
Vision 2020 Comnrehensive�'lan for the Citv of Brookines Mike Williams referred the
Council to new language in the Plan pertaining to the City's Capital Improvement Plan.
Mike Bartley, Planning Commission Chairman, responded to Council members'
questions. There was consensus to schedule action on the plan at the February 1 l, 2002
action meeting. No action was taken.
Five-Yeaz Cavital Imvrovemet�t Plan for the Citv of Brookin�s. Mike Williams reviewed
the plan with the Council and responded to questions. No action was talcen.
Leadershiv/Goal Settin�Reoort and Goals. The City Council reviewed the leadership
team goals and discussed how to involve the Council and Team together in the annual goal
setting process. No action was taken.
Motion was made by Bozied, seconded by Munsterman, to adjourn. 1Vleetir�g.adjourned at
9:00 p.m.
