Brookings City Council
Planning Session
June 18, 2001
The Brookings City Council convened in a planning session on Monday, June 18, 2001 at
1:00 p.m. in City Hall with the following members present: Mayor Virgil Herriott,
Council Members Mike McClemans, Tom Bozied, Keri Weems, Doris Roden, Scott
Munsterman and Sam Artz. City Manager Michael Williams was also present. Mayor
Herriott called to order at 1:10 p.m. Motion was made by Munsterman, seconded by
Roden, to approve the agenda. All present voted yes; motion carried.
Ends Poli�Discussion re$arding Key Performance Area#1 Financial Stabilitv.
The City Council reviewed the Financial Stability"Key Performance Area" from the
Governance and Ends Policy, identified areas of concern and offered changes, identified
outcomes desired in this Key Performance Area and identified policies needed to foster
the outcomes. No action taken.
Motion was made by Munsterman, seconded by Weems to adjourn at 5:00 p.m.
