Apri120, 2001
The Brookings City Council convened in special session on Friday, Apri120, 2001 at 9:00 a.m.
in City Hall with the following members present: Mayor Virgil Hemott, Mike McClemans, Tom
Bozied, Keri Weems, Bill Davidson,Nate Bibby and Sam Artz. City Manager Michael
Williams and Chris Aesoph, facilitator, were also present.
Motion was made by Bozied, seconded by Davidson, to go into executive session for the city
manager evaluation. All present voted yes; motion camed.
Motion was made by Davidson, seconded by Weems, to come out of executive session. All
present voted yes; motion carried.
Motion was made by Davidson, seconded by Weems,to approve the city manager evaluation, a
three percent salary increase and additional $100.00 per month for car allowance. All present
voted yes; motion carried.
Motion was made by Weems, seconded by Bibby, to go into executive session for the city
council evaluation. All present voted yes; motion carried.
Motion was made by Weems, seconded by Bibby, to come out of executive session. All
present voted yes; motion carried.
Motion to adjourn was made by Bibby, seconded by Davidson. Meeting adjourned at 5:20 p.m.
