Brookings City Council
March 5, 2001
A special action meeting of the City Council was held in City Hall on Monday, March 5,
2001 at 5:30 p.m. Mayor Virgil Herriott, Council Members Bill Davidson, Tom Bozied,
Nate, Bibby, Sam Artz, Mike McClemans (arrived at 5:40 p.m.} and Keri Weems (via
telephone). City Manager Mike Williams and City Attorney Steve Britzman were also
present.
Resolution No. 09-01 Amendment. Motion was made by Artz, seconded by Herriott,
to amend Resolution No. 09-01, a resolution relating to the sales tax revenue bonds,
series 2001; authorizing the issuance and making provisions for their payment. All
present voted yes; except Bozied; motion carried.
