City Council Special Meeting March 20, 2000
The City Council convened in special session at 5:30 p.m. on March 20, 2000 in the City
Hall Meeting Room with the following members present: Herriott, McClemans, Bozied,
Bibby, Davidson, and Weems.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the following applicants for the city attorney
position: Alan Glover, Steven Britzman, Ellie VandeBerg, and Tim Hogan.
Motion was made by Bozied, seconded by Bibby, to go into executive session for
contractual reasons at 5:30 p.m. All present voted yes; motion carried.
Motion was made by Weems, seconded by McClemans, to go out of executive session at
7:00 p.m. All present voted yes; motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
