City Council Special Meeting February 28, 2000
The City Council convened in special session at 4:00 p.m. on February 28, 2000 in the
City Hall Meeting Room with the following members present: Herriott, McClemans,
Bozied, Bibby, Davidson, Weems, and Artz (by phone).
The purpose of the meeting was to interview the following applicants for the city attorney
position: Alan Glover, Steven Britzman, Ellie VandeBerg, and Tim Hogan.
Motion was made by Davidson, seconded by Weems, to go into executive session for
contractual reasons at 4:00 p.m. All present voted yes; motion carried.
Motion was made by Davidson, seconded by Weems, to go out of executive session at
5:30 p.m. All present voted yes; motion carried.
Motion was made by Davidson, seconded by Bozied, to go into executive session for
contractual reasans at 7:00 p.m. All present voted yes; motion carried.
Motion was made by Bibby, seconded by Bozied, to go out of executive session at 9:10
p.m. All present voted yes; motion carried.
