Brookings City Council
Wednesday, January 19, 2005
The Brookings City Council held a special meeting on Wednesday, January 19, 2005 at 5:00
p.m., at City Hall with the following members present: Mayor Scott Munsterman, Council
Members Tom Bozied, Tom Bezdichek, Julie Whaley, Doris Roden, and Mike McClemans. Tim
Reed was absent. City Manager Alan Lanning, City Attorney Steve Britzman, and City Clerk
Shari Thornes were also present.
Executive Session. A motion was made by McClemans, seconded by Whaley, to enter
executive session for purposes of discussing marketing and pricing strategies with the council,
manager, attorney and clerk present at 5:00 p.m. All present voted yes; motion carried. A
motion was made by McClemans, seconded by Whaley,to leave executive session at 5:35 p.m.
All present voted yes; motion carried.
Adiourn. A motion was made by Roden, seconded by Whaley, to adjourn. All present voted
yes; motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 5:35 p.m.
