Brookings City Council
Wednesday, May 5, 2004
The Brookings City Council convened in a special meeting on Wednesday, May 5, 2004, at 1:00
p.m. in City Hall with the following members present: Mayor Scott Munsterman, Council Members
Tim Reed, Julie Whaley, Mike McClemans, Doris Roden, Tom Bozied, and Tom Bezdichek. City
Manager Alan D. Lanning and City Clerk Shari Thornes were also present.
The following issues were discussed: a review of current revenue sources and expenditures, an
examination of potential new fee and income sources, and a review of an "Immediate Issues List"to
include mosquito control, airport improvements, the current city budget, status of city equipment, and
personnel issues.
A motion was made by Roden, seconded by McClempns, to adjourn at 4:00 p.m. All present voted
yes; motion carried.
