Brookings City Council
Monday, June 28, 2004
The Brookings City Council held a special meeting on Monday, June 28, 2004 at 5:30 p.m., at
City Hall with the following members present: Mayor Scott Munsterman, Council Members
Tom Bezdichek, Tom Bozied, Tim Reed, Julie Whaley, Doris Roden, and Mike McClemans.
City Manager Alan Lanning, City Attorney Steve Britzman, and City Clerk Shari Thornes were
also present.
Executive Session—Le�al Contract Issues. A motion was made by McClemans, seconded by
Reed, to enter Executive Session at 4:00 p.m. for the purpose of contractual issues with the City
Council members,the City Manager, City Attorney, and City Clerk present. All present voted
yes; motion carried. A motion was made by Reed, seconded by Bozied,to leave Executive
Session at 5:16 p.m. All present voted yes; motion carried.
Adiournment. A motion was made by Reed, seconded by Bozied,to adjourn. All present voted
yes;motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 5:16 p.m.
