Brookings City Council
Monday, December 22, 2003
The Brookings City Council held a special meeting regarding the City Manager Search on
Monday, December 22, 2003 at 4:00 p.m. at City Hall with the following members present:
Mayor Scott Munsterman, Council Members Tom Bezdichek, Tom Bozied, Tim Reed, Julie
Whaley, Doris Roden, and Mike McClemans. A1 Thelen, Thelen Consultants, and Tracy Dahl-
Webb, Human Resources Director, were also present.
Executive Sesssion. A motion was made by Bozied, seconded by McClemans,to enter
executive session at 4:08 p.m. for the purpose of discussing qualifications of applicants for the
City Manager position with the city council members, the consultant and the human resources
director present. All present voted yes; motion carried. A motion was made by McClemans,
seconded by Roden, to leave executive session at 6:24 p.m. All present voted yes; motion
carried.
A motion was made by Bozied, seconded by McClemans, to adjourn at 6:24 p.m. All present
voted yes;motion carried.
