Brookings City Coancil
November 26, 2002
The Brookings City Council convened in a joint session with representatives of the
Brookings County Commission and Brookings Board of Education at noon on Tuesday,
November 26, 2002, at the Mickelson Middle School with the following members
present: Council Members Tom Bozied, Doris Roden, Mike McClemans, and Scott
Munsterman. Mayor Virgil Herriott, Zeno Wicks III, and Sam Artz were absent. City
Manager Mike Williams and City Attorney Steve Britzman were also present. Topics of
discussion included the Brookings revised Phase II High School Expansion Plan,
Brookings Day" at the Legislature, partnership opportunities between all the entities, and
the 1921 Government Center. The next meeting is scheduled for March 25, 2003 at
noon with the City hosting. Meeting adjourned at 12:55 p.m.
