� Brookings Ciry Council
November 9, 2007
The Brookings City Council held a special meeting on Friday, November 9,2007 at 2:00 p.m.,at
City Hall with the following members present: Mayor Scott Munsterman,Council Members Ryan
Brunner,Tom Bezdichek,Julie Whaley,Mike Baxdey (by phone),Tun Reed and Ginger Thomson.
City Manager Dennis Falken, City Attorney Steve Britzman, and City Clerk Shari Thornes were also
present.
Executive Session �Closed Session� A motion was made by Thomson, seconded by Reed, to
enter into executive session at 2:05 p.m. for personnel and legal/contractual matters with the City
Council,City Managex, City Attorney,City Clerk, and Human Resouxces Director present. All
present voted yes;motion carried. A motion was made by Thomson, seconded by Whaley, to e�cit
executive session at 2:26 p.m. All present voted yes;motion carried.
Adjourn. A motion was made by Whaley, seconded by Reed, to adjourn. All present voted yes;
motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 2:26 p.m.
