8. Ordinance No. 26-12, an Ordinance rezoning Blocks 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8, excluding Lots 1A and 5 of Block 8, Wiese Addition, from a Business
B-4 and B-5 District to a Planned Development District.
Public hearing: November 13th
**No vote is taken on the first reading of an Ordinance. The title of the Ordinance is read and
the date for the public hearing is announced.

Ordinance pertaining to the Conditional Use Permit process.
