Work sessions are open to the public. During the work session the city staff would brief the council on items for
that particular meeting, introduce future topics, and provide a time for Council members to introduce topics.

on Resolution No. 112-12, a Resolution authorizing the construction and equipping of certain improvements to the Hospital pursuant to a Lease Agreement; Approving the execution of
an Irrevocable Declaration of Trust by First Bank and Trust, as Trustee; Providing for the execution, sale and delivery of not to exceed $10,000,000 Aggregate original amount of Certificates
of Participation in the Lease-Purchase Agreement pursuant to a Certificate Purchase Agreement and the application of the proceeds thereof to construct and equip improvements to the
Hospital and design and develop improvements to adjacent property; Approving and authorizing a Ground Lease of the Hospital to First Bank and Trust, as Trustee; and Authorizing and approving
other actions and agreements necessary to consummate the contemplated improvement and financing.
