6. Action to approve Resolution No. 29-12, a Resolution authorizing the execution of a Site Location and Development Agreement by the City of Brookings,
South Dakota, which is an Agreement for economic development of and in the City of Brookings; authorizing economic development grants and the expenditure of funds and conveyance of real
property for economic development purposes, all as to be set forth in a Site Location and Development Agreement, and authorizing the documents to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.

7. Action on Resolution No. 30-12, a Resolution giving approval to the issuance and sale of Revenue Bonds and a monetary obligation in
an aggregate amount of not to exceed $7,000,000 to Finance Tax Increment District Number Six project costs; Authorizing Bond Anticipation Notes in anticipation of the issuance of the
Bonds and authorizing the execution of related documents.
