5:00 p.m. WORK SESSION
Work sessions are open to the public. During the work session the city staff would brief the council on items for that particular meeting, introduce
future topics, and provide a time for Council members to introduce topics.
1. Executive Session for purposes of consulting with legal counsel on pending litigation. (Location: Main
Floor Meeting Room)

E. Action on Resolution No. 122-11, a Resolution authorizing Change Order No. 1 (CCO#1 Final) for 2010-04SSI,
Southland Lane Landscaping Project, Groundwater, Inc. (Increase of $0.00).
