Work sessions are open to the public. During the work session the city staff would brief the council on items for that particular meeting, introduce
future topics, and provide a time for Council members to introduce topics.

appointment to Visitor Promotions Committee.
E. Action on Resolution No. 110-11, a Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Sign an Agreement for Federal Aviation Administration Grant Project
No. AIP #3-46-0005-025-2011, 404 Permit with Mitigation Plan, No-Rise Certification & Assistance with Land Acquisition.
F. Action on Resolution No. 111-11, a Resolution for the Federal
Aid Surface Transportation Program P3301(10) PCN 01D6, Medary Avenue South from 6th Street to 15th Street South, Brookings, SD.

10. Ordinance No. 16-11: 2011 Budget Ordinance, an Ordinance appropriating Monies to Fund the
necessary expenditures and liabilities of the City of Brookings for the 2012 Fiscal Year and providing for the annual tax levy and annual tax for all funds.

**No vote is taken on the first reading of an Ordinance. The title of the Ordinance is read and the date for the public hearing is announced.
