Work sessions are
open to the public. During the work session the city staff would brief the council on items for that particular meeting, introduce future topics, and provide a time for Council members
to introduce topics.

D. Action on Resolution No. 74-11, a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to sign 10-year Liquor Operating Agreement for Ray’s Corner, 401 Main Avenue.
E. Action to approve a preliminary
plat for John and Vicki Folkerts, Folkerts Addition in the SW¼ of the SW¼ of Section 2-T109N-R50W.
