Work sessions are open to the public. During the work session the city staff would brief the council
on items for that particular meeting, introduce future topics, and provide a time for Council members to introduce topics.

hearing and action on Temporary Liquor License requests for the Swiftel Center for events on June 4, 11 (2), 17, and 20, 2011.
CHANGE: SDSU Convention, June 10th and 11th. Currently
listed as only June 11th.
Action: Open & Close Public Hearing, Motion to Approve, Roll Call
ADDITION: 17A. Executive Session.
Executive Session for consulting with legal counsel
or reviewing communications from legal counsel about proposed or pending litigation or contractual matters.
Action: Motion to enter executive session – voice vote
