Action on Resolution No. 60-02, authorizing the City Manager to sign agreement for two new motor graders.. D. Action on Resolution No. 63-02, Final Change Order, Street Improvement Project 2002- 06STI, Schedules D (Gravel Stockpile) and G (Soccer Complex). th E. Action on abatement received from First Lutheran Church, for 325 8 Street, Lot B, Block 1, Henry’s Addition, for a portion of the 2001 property taxes in the amount of $406.06. The County Assessor recommends approval. F. Ends Policy 2, Municipal Services, the addition of Guidelines. Action: Motion to approve consent agenda – Roll Call 4. Invitation for a citizen to schedule time on the Council agenda for an issue not listed. PRESENTATIONS: 5. Recognition of Governor’s Awards nominees by the Brookings Committee for People who have Disabilities. 6. Report from Tim Harvey, MultiPlex Board. 7. SDSU Representative Report. PUBLIC HEARINGS/ORDINANCES: 8. Public hearing and action on Ordinance No. 27-02, approving an application for a conditional use permit to establish a community center, an apartment, and an office on Lots 1-8, Block 5, Skinners Second Addition, also known as the former St. Thomas More Catholic Church. Action: Open and close public hearing. Motion to approve – Roll Call. 9. Public hearing and action on Ordinance No. 28-02, approving a rezoning of property described as the E285’, S30’ of Lot 1; the E285’ of Lot 2; and the W255’, E540’, S200’ of Lot 2, Block 5, Bidco Addition from an Industrial I-2 District to a Business B-3 District. Action: Open and close public hearing. Motion to approve – Roll Call. 10. Public hearing and action on Resolution No. 61-02, a resolution levying assessment for Street ththnd Assessment Project 2002-02STA (Alley from 7 Street to 8 Street between 2 Avenue and Main Avenue). Action: Open and close public hearing. Motion to approve – Roll Call. 11. Public hearing and action on Resolution No. 62-02, a resolution levying assessment for Street ththndrd Project 2002-03STA (Alley from 14 Avenue to 16 Avenue between 2 Street and 3 Street).
