8. Public hearing and action on a temporary liquor license for HyVee at the American
Legion Hall on September 28, 2002.

9. Public hearing and action on a malt beverage application for Willman, Inc., dba Mad
Jack’s, located at 1710 Sixth Street, Todd and Michele Willman, Owners (New
License Request).

10. Introduction and first reading on Ordinance No. 19-02, an Ordinance Entitled “An
Ordinance Authorizing A Supplemental Appropriation To The 2002 Budget For The
Purpose Of Providing For Additional Funds For The Operation Of The City.
