3. Vision 2020 Comprehensive Plan for the City of Brookings.
4. Five-year Capital Improvement Plan for the City of Brookings.
5. Leadership/Goal Setting Report and Goals.
6. Adjournment.
Addressing the Council: Persons addressing the Council shall use the microphone at the podium. Please state your name and address.
Presentations are limited to 5 minutes.
Meeting Assistance: If you require assistance, alternative formats and/or accessible locations consistent with the Americans with
Disabilities Act, please contact the City ADA Coordinator at 692-6281 at least 3 working days prior to the meeting.
Council Meetings: City Council action meetings are held the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 5:30 p.m. and City Council
planning sessions are held the first and third Mondays each month at 5:30 p.m.
Materials for Council: Please provide 10 copies of any handouts for the Council. Copies must be provided to the City Council, City
Manager, City Attorney, and City Clerk.
