Action on Resolution No. 30-03, awarding bids for the Western Avenue Asphalt Paving & Pavement Marking Project (P3333(00) PCEMS 6278). Action on bids to sell a Street Dept. Motor Grader that was declared surplus on 4/15/03. Action: Motion to approve consent agenda – Roll Call Invitation for a citizen to schedule time on the Council agenda for an issue not listed. Public hearing and action on Ordinance No. 13-03, an ordinance rezoning Blocks 7, 8, and 9, Freeland Addition from an Agricultural A District to an Industrial I-1 District (Hwy. 14 By-Pass and I-29) Action: Open and Close Public Hearing. Motion to approve – Roll Call 8. Introduction and first reading on Ordinance No. 11-03, amending the zoning regulations to allow for flags to be displayed on the public right-of-way. Action: Motion to approve first reading – Roll Call (2nd reading on 6/10) 9. Introduction and first reading on Ordinance No. 14-03, an ordinance amending the zoning ordinance pertaining to a Business B-5 Planned Commercial District. Action: Motion to approve first reading – Roll Call (2nd reading on 6/10) Other Business: 10. Action on Resolution No. 31-03, a resolution approving a revised preliminary plat for a portion of the Telkamp Addition (22nd Avenue and 9th Street). Item was deferred at the 5/13/03 meeting.
