6 Introduction and first reading
on Ordinance 02-03, an ordinance amending Section 6-4 of the revised ordinances of the City of Brookings pertaining to sales of off-sale malt beverages beer on Sundays.
Action: Motion
to approve first reading – Roll Call (2nd reading scheduled March 11th) (This item was deferred on 1/28/03 – Full Council presence required)
7. Public hearing and action on Resolution
No. 14-03, regarding Street Improvement No. 2003-02STA Western Avenue from 8th Street South to the Quarter Line

8. Public hearing and action on Ordinance No. 06-03, an ordinance amending Section 82-372 of the City Code of Ordinances pertaining to designated through streets.

an application for a Conditional Use Permit to establish a boardinghouse on Lot “D” of Lot 3, Block 14, Morehouse Addition.

11. Introduction and first reading on Ordinance No. 07-03, an ordinance on an application for a Conditional Use Permit to establish a boardinghouse on Lot 7, except the N10’
