Authorization for the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Civil Design Incorporated (CDI) for an engineering study and analysis of the Brookings Downtown utilities infrastructure. Authorization for the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Banner and Associates for architectural engineering services for design of the Family Aquatic Center. Second reading of Ordinance No. 24-04, An Ordinance Amending Section 74-32 Of The Code Of Ordinances Of The City Of Brookings, South Dakota And Pertaining To Building Upon The Public Right Of Way In The City Of Brookings, South Dakota.
