Action: Open and close public hearing, Motion to approve, roll call 9. Public hearing and action on a house moving request from Matthew R. Johnson to move a one-story ranch style home from the South Dakota Development Authority to Lot 178, Onaka Village, Indian Hills Addition, also known as 234 Thunder Pass. Introduction and first reading on Ordinance 25-04, an Ordinance Amending Article Ii Of Chapter 22 Of The Code Of Ordinances Of The City Of Brookings And Pertaining To The Adoption Of The 2003 International Building Code And The 2003 International Residential Code With Certain Amendments Thereto. Action: Motion to approve, request public comment, roll call (2nd reading on 11/23/04) 11. Introduction and first reading of Ordinance No. 24-04, An Ordinance Amending Section 74-32 Of The Code Of Ordinances Of The City Of Brookings, South Dakota And Pertaining To Building Upon The Public Right Of Way In The City Of Brookings, South Dakota. Action: Motion to approve, request public comment, roll call (2nd reading on 11/23/04) Alcohol Issues: 12. Introduction and first reading of Ordinance No. 26-04, an Ordinance Amending Ordinance Section 6-43 And Pertaining To Procedure For The Issuance Of Temporary On-Sale Alcoholic Beverage Licenses For Use At A Convention Hall In The City Of Brookings, South Dakota.
