Action on Resolution No. 63-04, fixing time and place for the Street Assessment Project 2003-02STA (Western Avenue and 8th Street South). Action on Police Car bids. Action on Resolution No. 62-04, authorizing the Use of Contingency Fund for the Brookings City Cab. Action: Motion to approve the consent agenda - Roll Call Invitation for a citizen to schedule time on the Council agenda for an issue not listed. Presentations/Reports: 5. Board of Adjustment Report 6. South Dakota State University Student Report. 7. Town Hall Meeting Final Report. Planning & Zoning Item: 8. Public hearing and action on Ordinance No. 21-04, a conditional use permit to establish a light manufacturing operation on the N300’, E225’. W425’ of Outlot 2, in the NE ¼ of Section 22-T110N-R50W. Action: Open and close public hearing, motion to approve, roll call Reports (Informational): 9. Briefing on the October 26th City Council Action Meeting. 10. City Manager’s Report.
