Action on Resolution No. 59-04, a resolution Directing Preparation Of Assessment Roll, Dividing Assessments Into Installments, And Providing For The Collection Thereof For Street Assessment Project 2003-02STA (Western Avenue and 8th Street South). Action on Resolution No. 60-04, a Resolution Authorizing Change Order (CCO#1) For P8006(00) PCEMS H008 34th Avenue Construction Project; Winter Brothers Underground. Action to approve the Mayor’s Ad Hoc Economic Development and Promotion Research Committee. W425’ of Outlot 2, in the NE ¼ of Section 22-T110N-R50W. Action: Motion to approve, request public comment, motion to approve (2nd reading on 10/12/04) Budget/Financial: 11. Second reading and action on Ordinance 20-04, an Ordinance appropriating Monies to fund the necessary expenditures and liabilities of the City of Brookings for the 2005 Fiscal Year and providing for the annual tax levy and annual tax for all funds.
