3:30 P.M. EXECUTIVE SESSION
1. Executive session regarding pricing & marketing strategies (closed session).

5:00 P.M. WORK SESSION **
Work sessions are open to the public. During the work session the city staff would brief the council on items for
that particular meeting, introduce future topics, and provide a time for Council members to introduce topics.
1. Review of 6:00 p.m. meeting topics.
2. Topic introduction for future
agendas.
3. Briefing on upcoming council invitations and obligations.
4. City Council Member introduction of topics for future discussion.
Any Council member may request discussion
of any issue at a future meeting only. Items can not be added for action at this meeting. A motion and second is required stating the issue, requested outcome, and time. A majority
vote is required.

agreement between the City of Brookings and Star Hospitality, LLC (dba Staurolite Inn), Dean Gulbranson, David Kneip, Greg Kneip, and Tim Hogan, owners, for the purpose of a liquor manager
to operate the on-sale establishment or business for and on behalf of the City of Brookings at the Staurolite Inn located at 2515 E. 6th Street.
