session the city staff would brief the council on items for that particular meeting, introduce future topics, and provide a time for Council members to introduce topics.

B. Action on Resolution No. 93-08 authorizing the city
manager to sign a Liquor operating agreement renewal for Safari Lounge.
Action: Motion to approve, request public comment, roll call

expected to be non-controversial and will be acted upon by the Council at one time, without discussion, unless a member of the Council or City Manager requests an opportunity to address
any given item. Items removed from the Consent Agenda will be discussed at the beginning of the formal items. Approval by the Council of the Consent Agenda items means that the recommendation
of the City Manager is approved along with the terms and conditions described in the agenda supporting documentation.

of ordinances. The title of the ordinance is read and the date for the public hearing is announced.
