Work sessions are open to the public. During the work session the city staff would brief the council on items for that particular meeting, introduce future topics, and provide a time
for Council members to introduce topics.

D. Action on Resolution No. 61-08 declaring Fire Department equipment surplus.

on Resolution No. 63-08, Authorizing Change Order (CCO#1 Final) For 2008 Edgebrook Golf Course Cart Path And Moriarty Park Sidewalk/Bike Path Project, Contracted Dated September 4, 2007
to Howry Construction Company, Rockwell City, Iowa.

of the SE ¼ of Section 1-T109N-R50W.
Action: Motion to approve, request public comment, roll call
10. Action on Resolution No. 60-08, authorizing Change Order #4 (CCO#4), for 2008-03STI,
Downtown Streetscape Project.
Action: Motion to approve, request public comment, roll call
11. Information on HOPE VI Housing Re-hab Grant Program and possible project.
