in the Business B-1 District.

11. Ordinance No. 02-08 - Budget Amendment. An Ordinance Entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing A Supplemental Appropriation
To The 2008 Budget For The Purpose Of Providing For Additional Funds For The Operation Of The City.

12. Ordinance
No. 03-08, an Ordinance on a petition to rezone the north 1,550 feet of the west 1/2 of the NW ¼ of Section 2-T109N-R50W, excluding Outlot C in the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ and Lot D of the
Christie Addition from an Agricultural A District to a Residence R-2 and R-3 Districts.
