Work sessions are open to the public. During the work session the city staff would brief the council on items for that particular meeting, introduce future topics, and provide a time
for Council members to introduce topics.

only. Items can not be added for action at this meeting. A motion and second is required starting the issue, requested outcome, and time. A majority vote is required.

Ordinance No. 33-08 - 2009 Budget Ordinance, An Ordinance appropriating Monies to Fund the necessary expenditures and liabilities of the City of Brookings
for the 2009 Fiscal Year and providing for the annual tax levy and annual tax for all funds.

An Ordinance Amending Chapter 14 of the Ordinances of the City of Brookings and pertaining to the Regulation of Animals in the City of Brookings, South Dakota.

9. Ordinance No. 34-08, An Ordinance rezoning Lots 3, 4, and 5, Block 1 and Lot 2, Block 2, Telkamp Addition from a Residence R-3 District to a Planned Development District and

said district.
