#9. CORRECTION: Ordinance No. 27-09: Budget Amendment #2, an Ordinance Authorizing a Supplemental Appropriation to the 2009 Budget for the purpose of providing
for additional funds for the operation of the City.
HANDOUT: Detailed Explanation: After the packet was prepared, Rita Thompson added some detail explanation to the supporting worksheet.
This worksheet provides clearer detail to the final reading of the ordinance and replaces the one in your council packets.
Technical Correction: Budget Amendment #1 (Ordinance No.
06-09) failed to recognize the revenue created by the transfer from the Public Improvement Fund to the Swiftel Fund in the amount of $33,970. This Amendment amends that revenue to read
a total of $47,623.
