Work sessions are open to the public. During the work session the city staf�'would brief the council on
items for that�articular meeting, introduce future to�ics, and provide a time for Council members to
introduce topics.

3. Review of draft ordinances pertaining to Temporary Alcohol Licenses and Memorial Day
Alcohol Sales.

*Any Council member may requesi discussion of ony issue at a future meeting only. Items cannot be added for action at
this meeting. A motion and second is required starting ihe issue, requested outcome, and time. A majority vote is required.

D. Action on Resolution No. 90-i 0, amending the Council Vacancy Policy.
E. Action on Resolution No. 91-I 0, establishing a Streetlight Policy.
F. Action on Resolution No. 92-I 0, declaring Surplus Property Engine#4: I 995

G. Action on Resolution No. 85-10, authorizing the Mayor to sign an FAA Agreement
� regarding Fuel Tax Funds. Authorizing the Mayor to Sign an Agreement for Federal
Aviation Administration Project (Fuel Tax Funds).
H. Action to Abate the 2008 Drainage Fee for Parcel No. 40160-00200-008-00, the
West 25' of the South 105' of Lot 8, B(ock 2, First Addition, location of the former
law office building on the northeast corner of 3rd Street and 5`h Avenue.

one time, wiihout drscussion, unless a member of ihe Council or City Manoger requests an opportunity to address any given
item. Items removed from the Consent Agenda will be discussed at the beginning of'the formal items. Ap�roval by the
Council o f the Consent Agenda items means that the recommendation of the City Manager is approved along with the terms
and conditions described in the agenda supporting documentation.
