*Any Council member may request discussion of any issue at a future meeting only. Items cannot be odded for
action at this meeting. A motion and second is required starting the issue,requested outcome, and time. A
majority vote is required.

D. Action on Resolution No. 77-I 0 declaring items surplus for the annual surplus
auction.
E. Action to schedule a special City Council meeting for September I 6, 2010.

Telecommunications Cooperative, Inc., to construct, operate, and maintain a Cable
Television System in the City of Brookings, South Dakata, setting forth conditions

and prescribing penalties for the violation of its provisions.
