**Work sessions are open to the public. During the work session the city sta ff would brief the council on items for ihat
particular meeting introduce future topics, and provide a time for Council members to introduce topics.

*Any Council member may request discussion of any issue at a future meeting only. Items cannot 6e added for
action at this meeting. A motion and second is required starting the issue,requested outcome,and time. A
majority vote is required.
