**Work sessions are open to the public. During the work session the city staff'would brief the council on items for ihat
particular meeting introduce future topics, and provide a time for Council members to introduce topics.

*Any Council member may request discussion of any issue at a future meeting only. Items can not be added for
adion at this meeting. A motion and second is required siarting the issue,requested outcome, and time. A
majority vote is required.
