Whereas,the City of Brookings held a bid letting at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 1, 2014; and

Now Therefore, Be it Resolved that the bid from Altec Industries, Inc. of Creedmoor, NC in the
amount of$165,325.00 (after trade-in) be accepted.
Passed and approved this 22"d day of April, 2014.
