Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for Brookings
Runway Re-Alignment Project (Phase 2), AIP#3-46-0005-026-2013, Construction Change Order
Number 1, Muth Electric, Inc.:
Adjust the contract for the addition of vegetation control rings around the taxiway
lights, additiona) excavation work and concrete footings for the larger MALSR Shelter
and change in wire size between the MALSR Shelter and runway centerline for a total
increase of$30,453.36 to the project.
Passed and approved this 22"d day of April, 2014.
