Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for 2013-05SSI,
Rotary Park Drainage Improvement Project:
Construction Change Order Number 1 (Final): Adjust plan quantities to as-built
quantities for a total increase of$1,717.00 to the contract to close out the project.
Passed and approved this 11th day of February, 2014.
