Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for 2013-02SSI
20th Avenue & Minnesota Drive Drainage Improvement Project:
Construction Change Order Number 1 (Final)
Adjust plan quantities to as-built quantities for a total decrease of$6,464.15 to close out
the project.
Adjust contract substantial completion date 6 working days due to weather to close out
the project, which will result in 13 working days at$25.00 per day being charged to the
contract.
Passed and approved this 14t" day of January, 2014.
