Resolution Awarding Bid for a Crawler Dozer
Whereas,the City of Brookings will purchase a John Deere 950J Crawler Dozer off of the State
of Minnesota governmental bid that was held on March 8th, 2013; and
Whereas,the City of Brookings will purchase from RDO Equipment Company, Burnsville
Minnesota the John Deere 950J Crawler Dozer in the amount of$ 457,055.00.
Now Therefore, Be it Resolved that the bid from RDO Equipment Company in the amount of
$457,055.00 be accepted.
Passed and approved this 17th day of December, 2013.
