Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following be allowed for Phase III (Trail Construction)
Construction with Bowes Construction, Inc:
Construction Closeout on Phase III Construction at Dakota Nature Park.
There are no further adjusted bid quantities for this phase of the project.
Passed and approved this 10th day of December, 2013.
