Labor and materials for excavation and hauling of additional debris from the foundation and footings in the existing building site. Labor& Materials: Concrete Breaker @ $85 x 3.0hrs= $ 255.00 Backhoe @ $85 x 10.0hrs. = $ 850.00 Hauling Truck @ $85 x 10.0hrs. = $ 850.00 Skid Steer @ $65 x 4.0 hrs. = $ 260.00 Front End Loader @ $95 x 3.5hrs. = $ 332.50 $2,547.50 Overhead @ 6% = $ 152.85 Subtotal = $2,700.35 Profit @ 6%= $ 162.02 Subtotal = $2,862.37 Bond @ 2%= $ 57.25 Subtotal = $2,919.62 SD Excise Tax @ 2.1% = $ 61.31 Total =$2,980.93 There will be a total addition of$2,980.93 Contract history: $172,950.00 original contract sum $175,930.93 new contract amount after change order No. 1.
