An Ordinance Amending and Adopting the Code of Ordinances
for the City of Brookings, South Dakota.
Be It Ordained by the City of Brookings, South Dakota:
I.
Section 1. The "Code of Ordinances of the City of Brookings, South Dakota",
consisting of Chapters 1, 2, 6, 10, 14, 18, 22*, 26, 30, 34, 38, 42, 46, 50, 51, 54, 58, 62, 66,
70, 72, 74, 78, 82, 86 and 94, each inclusive, is adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance amends the previous ordinances set forth in Chapters 1, 2,
6, 10, 14, 18, 22*, 26, 30, 34, 38, 42, 46, 50, 51, 54, 58, 62, 66, 70, 72, 74, 78, 82, 86 and 94
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Brookings.
*(except Chapter 22,Article VI,Sec.22-375 and 376 and former Sec.22-375 is reinstated)
II.
All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
