A Resolution Authorizing Final Change Order (CCO#2 Final) For
2007-03SSI Indian Hills Drainage Project

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the following change order be
allowed for 2007-03SSI, Indian Hills Drainage Project:
Construction Change Order Number 2 Final:
Adjust estimated bid quantities to "as build"quantities including the additional work of
concrete sidewalk, annual rye grass, canary grass, erosion control snake bags and rebar stakes
at the appropriate unit prices as bid for a total increase of$844.35.
Adjust contract deadline by 61 days.
Passed and approved this 11th day of December 2007.
