A Resolution Authorizing Change Order CCO#1 For
2007-03SSI Indian Hills Drainage Project

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the following change order be
allowed for 2007-03SSI, Indian Hills Drainage Project:
Change Order Number 1:
Adjust bid quantities to include the addition of the following items: furnish and install 24"
arch RCP and flared ends, furnish and install 6" perforated HDPE with rock and geotextile
fabric, and work to adjust the weir length on the existing pond, at the appropriate unit prices
as bid for a total increase of$30,726.43.
Passed and approved this 25th day of September 2007.
